Sebagai bentuk perhatian dan kepedulian terhadap sesama ditengah pandemik virus Covid-19 yang masih meresahkan ditengah masyarakat saat ini, Kantor Kementerian agama (Kemenag) Kolaka menyalurkan ratusan paket sembako yang akan dibagikan kepada masyarakat terdampak Covid-19 diseluruh wilayah kabupaten Kolaka.
Kepala kantor Kemenag Kolaka H Abdul Azis Baking, mengatakan pemberian 213 paket sembako merupakan salah satu bentuk kepedulian Kantor Kemenag Kolaka untuk bisa saling berbagi ditengah kondisi pandemik virus Covid-19.
“Allhamdulilah kegiatan hari ini atas kerjasama kantor Kementrian agama Kolaka dan Baznas kabupaten Kolaka dalam rangka merespon penyebaran wabah covid 19. Tentu ini akan berdampak pada masyarakat bawah sehingga kami berinisiatif dari Kemenag Kolaka bersama dengan Baznas Kolaka untuk menyelurkan bantuan dalam bentuk sembako, yang secara sosial kita menyampaikan itu dalam rangka untuk mengangkat sedikit dari kebutuhan-kebutuhan masyarakat yang terdampak dari pada pencegahan covid-19 ini,” katanya saat ditemui media ini usai menyerahkan secara simbolis paket sembako kepada masyarakat, Selasa (5/5).
Menurutnya, pemberian bantuan ini juga, merupakan upaya dari Kementrian Agama dan pihak Baznaz Kolaka untuk bisa saling membantu. Sehingga paket ini akan kami berikan kepada masyarakat kabupaten Kolaka.
“Jadi setelah kami identifikasi bahwa yg berhak menerima itu sebanyak 213 paket dan nantinya akan disebar baik melalui kantor Kemenag Kolaka maupun melalui KUA atau madrasah yang ada di wilayah kabupaten Kolaka,” ucapnya.
Adapun, kata H Abdul Azis Baking terkait sumber anggaran yang disiapkan dalam pengadaan bantuan ini, merupakan upaya yang kita lakukan selama ini dari Kemenag Kolaka dan telah memprogramkan zakat infak dan sedekah untuk masing-masing pegawai PNS dan ini berlangsung sejak tiga tahun terakhir.
“Tentu inilah yang kami komunikasikan dengan pihak Baznas sehingga apa yg kita kumpulkan selama ini maka inilah yang kami akan serahkan kepda masyarakat sebagai bentuk peduli kami akibat dampak covid 19,” jelasnya.
Dirinya berharap semoga dengan apa yang telah diserahkan ini mudah-mudahan dapat sedikit mengangkat kesulitan yang dialami saudara kita khususnya masyarakat kabupaten Kolaka. Apalagi yang akan diberikan betul-betul terdampak dengan adanya covid-19 ini.
Apalagi kondisi dari sisi ekonomi cukup terasa dampaknya, karena perkembangan covid ini semakin hari semakin meningkat maka tentu ini berdampak pada aktifitas masyarakat dlm mencari rezeki dalam kehidupan ini tentu terbatas.
Olehnya itu, semoga dengan kondisi hari ini dengan adanya dampak covid 19 di bulan suci ramadan maka saatnya kita umat islam untuk berbagi kepada seluruh masyarakat tanpa melihat latar belakang siapapun. Karena kita yakin dengan adanya covid dibulan ramadan ini maka akan mempersatukan kembali kita untuk mengadakan intropeksi pada kita bahwa selama ini ada orang-orang tertentu yang memiliki kelebihan harta maka saatnya kita berbagi untuk mengimbangi kehidupan kita ini agar tidak terjadi ketimpangan-ketimpangan di masyarakat.
“Untuk itu kami hadir bersama Baznas untuk memenuhi kebutuhan walaupun ala kadarnya untuk sekedar mengangkat kesulitan yang dihadapi oleh masyarakat Kolaka,” harapnya.
Untuk diketahui, paket yang disiapkan pihak kantor Kemenag Kolaka dalam satu paketnya berupa beras10 kilo, telur 1 rak, minyak goreng dua liter dan mie istan. (Eno).
