Kolaka Timur , faktapemberitakorupsi.com. maraknya penambangan batu dan tanah klay yang beropersai di kabupaten kolaka Timur provinsi Sulawesi Tenggara di sinyalir tidak mengantongi Izin atau Ilegal.
Dengan adanya aktivitas penambang batu dan tanah kalay yang beropersai di kabupaten kolaka Timur dinilai meresahkan masyarakat,mulai dari pengangkutan batu dan tanah klay yang menggunakan mobil truk sepuluh roda,jalanan yang berlumpur dan becek serta debu yang berterbangan dirumah rumah warga.
Hal itu disikapi oleh Beltiar Ketua LSM Barisan Anti Korupsi (Barak) ” kami sudah mengambil langkah hukum terkait aktivitas penambang batu dan tanah klay yang ber opersai di kabupaten kolaka Timur yang di sinyalir Ilegal ” tegasnya
” Sesuai dengan surat laporan LSM Barak No : 03 / BARAK / 2020.
Dengan merujuk kepada undang undang no 4 tahun 2009 pasal 1 ayat 1 tentang pertambangan mineral dan batu bara ”
Dan juga PP nomor 23 tahun 2010 pelaksanaan kegiatan usaha pertambangan minerba,undang undang nomor 28 tahun 2009 tentang pajak dan retribusi,
” Berdasarkan undang undang tahun 2009 dalam pasal 161 telah di atur bahwa yang di pidana adalah setiap orang yang menampung/pembeli,pengangkutan,pengolahan dan lainnya bagi yang melanggar,maka pidana penjara paling lama10 (sepuluh) tahun dan denda paling banyak 10 miliar ” sambung Beltiar.
” Selain itu, undang undang pencemaran lingkungan Nomor 32 tahun 2009 tentang perlindungan dan pengelolaan lingkungan hidup ”
Dari hasil investigasi LSM Barak kata Pria yang akrab di panggil ici ” mengungkpan adanya jembatan yang telah di bangun oleh pemerintah yang di rusak oleh oknum penambang Batu yang beroperasi dan ini tentunya merugikan negara ” tegasnya
Kami heran kata Ici,sebab aktivitas pertambangan C pernah di lakukan police line,tetapi tidak lama kemudian aktivitas pertambangan Batu dan tanah klay kembali lagi beroperasi hingga saat ini.
Untuk itu kata Ici ” Kami berharap laporan yang telah kami sampaikan kepada Bapak Kopolda Sultra yang di tembuskan ke Bapak Kapolri dapat di respon dan di sikapi sehingga aktivitas pertambangan yang beroperasi di kabupaten kolaka Timur dapat di tertibkan dan jika terbukti merugikan negara agar di proses sesuai dengan undang undang yang berlaku ” harapnya
