Peresmian Instalasi Gawat Darurat Rumah Sakit Daerah ( IGD RSD ) Kabupaten Konawe Selatan oleh Bupati Konawe Selatan Bapak.H.Surunuddin Dangga,ST,MM pada hari senin, 13 januari 2020 yang ditandai dengan penandatanganan prasasti dan pengguntingan pita yang diwakili oleh Kepala Kejaksaan Negeri Andoolo Ibu Apriliana Purba. Turut hadir dalam acara peresmian tersebut antara lain wakil bupati konawe selatan Bapak. Dr. H. Arsalim Arifin, Sekda Konawe Selatan, Manager PT.Bank Syariah Mandiri Area Makassar Kendari Bapak. Ilyas Ibrahim, Kadis Kesehatan Konawe Selatan, Direktur RSD Konawe Selatan Bapak. dr. Bony Lambang Pramana serta pimpinan OPD Konawe Selatan lainnya.
Dalam sambutannya, Bupati Konawe Selatan mengatakan” bahwa Pembangunan IGD ini sebagai bentuk realisasi dan perhatian serius pemerintah khususnya pada pelayanan kesehatan masyarakat yang prima serta pemenuhan janji bersama Dr.H.Arsalim waktu kampanye dan Bupati juga berharap agar masyarakat dapat memaksimalkan fasilitas yang ada serta menitip pesan kepada petugas kesehatan khususnya di RSD Konawe Selatan ini supaya bekerja dengan ikhlas dan mendahulukan pelayanan pasien daripada kelengkapan administrasi” ucap Bupati
Selain Peresmian IGD, RSD Konawe Selatan juga melakukan kegiatan sosial bertajuk ” Kita Peduli ” yakni Operasi Pasien Katarak Gratis dan Pembagian Kacamata Baca Anak serta Donor Darah oleh Unit Transfusi Darah. Sebanyak 100 pasien katarak diporsikan yang dibantu oleh rekan – rekan dokter dari IDI Kendari dan membagikan 25 kacamata baca anak untuk pondok pesantren di Konawe Selatan. Kegiatan tersebut mendapat apresiasi positif dari masyarakat karena sangat membantu meringankan bahkan mengatasi penyakit katarak.
Di saat yang sama, Direktur RSD Konawe Selatan, Bapak. dr.Bony Lambang Pramana mengucapkan ” terima kasih kepada Bupati H.Surunuddin Dangga,ST,MM atas perhatiannya dengan melakukan pembangunan gedung IGD tersebut dan akan berusaha memaksimalkan pelayanan kepada masyarakat dan berharap agar masyarakat yang sakit sudah tidak ragu lagi ke RSD Konawe Selatan serta mengucapkan terima kasih kepada pihak pihak yang telah berpartisipasi antara lain Keluarga Besar Ikatan Dokter Indonesia ( IDI ) cabang Kendari, Pihak Bank Syariah Mandiri Area Makassar Kendari dan OPD Konawe Selatan serta masyarakat yang turut hadir dalam acara peresmian ini “
Selain IGD, fasilitas yang ada di RSD Konawe Selatan antara lain ruangan resusitasi jantung, kamar bersalin, ruang isolasi, ruang tindakan dan ruang observasi yang dapat melayani seluruh penyakit emergensi.
