Koltim,faktapemberitakorupsi.com.Hujan deras memicu terjadinya banjir yang melanda kecamatan Dangia dan Lambandia yang terjadi pada hari Rabu 17 Juni 2020,mengakibatkan 5 Desa terdampak banjir yaitu Desa Anambada,Tetembuta,Lembah Subur,Gunung Jaya dan Desa Dangia
Akibatnya,aliran Sungai Labandia meluap,sehingga menimbulkan terjadinya banjir,daerah yang di lintasi sungai Labandia merupakan daerah rendah yang rawan banjir
Hal itu,diungkapkan Anzarullah kepala Badan Penanggulangan Bencana Daerah (BPBD) kabupaten Kolaka Timur ,saat di wawancarai faktapemberitakorupsi.com Senin (22/6).
Ia menambahkan,untuk Desa Anambada merupakan salah satu Desa yang airnya belum surut dan masi di genangi air
” Banyaknya anak anak sungai, sangat berpotensi menimbulkan banjir,apalagi endapan lumpur yang ada pada anak sungai tersebut belum di lakukan pengerukan,sehingga setiap tahunnya menjadi langganan banjir,” ujarnya
Begitu pula,yang terjadi di Desa Lowa,akibat terjadinya pendangkalan anak sungai dari labandia,yang menimbulkan terjadinya banjir di Desa tersebut,apalagi Sungai Labandia merupakan sungai terbesar yang ada di bagian selatan Koltim.
” Berdasarkan pantauan Badan Metereologi Klimatologi Geofisika (BMKG),hari ini curah hujannya sangat tinggi Daseriannya antara 105 sampai 300 Mili liter,yang potensi hujan,dan di perkirakan terjadi mulai dari pukul 15 .00,hingga pukul 18.00,” terang Anzarullah
Selain itu,satu minggu kedepan,potensi banjir berada di kecamatan Ueesi,untuk itu kami memberikan himbauan kepada pemerintah kecamatan untuk selalu berkoordinasi dan tetap waspada
BPBD sendiri,kata Anzarullah “telah menggerakkan semua peralatan dan telah mendirikan posko sementara di kecamatan Dangia sejak hari Jum’at lalu,antisipasi terjadinya banjir susulan.”katanya
Untuk itu,tetap di lakukan koordinasi baik dari pemerintah kecamatan, TNI,Polri,lembaga masyarakat termasuk media yang selalu memberikan informasi terkait situasi saat ini.
Banjir ini merupakan urusan kita bersama bukan saja pemerintah,tetapi dari Swasta dan masyarakat,sesuai Visi misi BNPB ” kita ini bekerja sama sama seluruh stakeholder,” Ujarnya
Saat ini yang menjadi kendala adalah masalah logistik,seperti di tahun yang lalu,ada beberapa pihak yang turut memberikan bantuan kepada korban banjir,seperti bantuan bahan pokok dan pakaian.
Untuk sementara,bantuan yang di berikan BPBD kepada masyarakat baru sebatas bantuan peralatan dan Tim BRC,sebab kita hanya masi sebatas siaga,persoalan logistik Masi bisa di tanggulangi pihak pemerintah kecamatan dan desa.
” Berdasarkan hasil rapat koordinasi di posko siaga bersama pihak kecamatan,TNI dan Polri,hingga saat ini kami masi menunggu laporan berapa jumlah yang terdampak banjir,mulai dari Rumah,Kebun,hewan ternak,kolam ikan,jalan,drainase,tanggul,semua itu kita akan laporkan baik ke tingkat provinsi maupun ke Pusat,”katanya
sekali lagi, kami menghimbau kepada masyarakat khususnya yang terdampak banjir dan seluruh masyarakat Kolaka Timur agar tetap waspada menghadapi situasi curah hujan.
Diharapkan “semua stakeholder baik pemerintah,swasta,masyarakat bersama sama berpartisipasi kepada saudara saudara kita yang terdampak banjir dengan memberikan bantuan materil maupun moril,guna meringankan beban kepada korban banjir,”harap Anzarullah
